The Warmest Color Palette

Picking colors for your outfit can be as tricky as picking the look itself. There are so many choices but most of us tend to pick the colors we always use without trying different options. I am all in for the basics: black, white and navy are the colors that complete my closet, but I decided to add a twist to my wardrobe and include one (or two) pieces in very different and bright colors.

I got this romantic top from Mango and I wanted to match it with something not so predictable as a pair of jeans. I remembered I had this bright orange skirt and it totally clicked. A completely vivid outfit! And I LOVED IT! Now I want more color in my looks.

The shoes were the perfect match: they are the exact same colors. How awesome is that? (Maybe I was too excited for this). I found it refreshing and ideal for this hot days to wear the warmest color palette in this colorful, feminine and flirty outfit, leaving my black and white clothes kept for one day. Or more.

Elegir colores para un outfit puede ser tan complicado como elegir el look mismo. Hay tantas opciones para elegir pero por lo general tendemos a usar siempre los mismos colores sin darnos la oportunidad de probar cosas diferentes. Yo siempre voy por los básicos: negro, blanco y azul marino son los colores que conforman la mayoría de mi guardarropa, pero decidí darle un giro a mi closet e ir incluir una (o dos) piezas en colores muy diferentes y vívidos.

Compré esta blusa romántica en Mango y quería combinarlo con algo no tan predecible como un par de jeans. Recordé que tenía esta falda naranja y me hizo click. Un look completamente alegre. ¡Y me encantó! De ahora en adelante quiero usar mucho más color.

Los zapatos quedaron a la perfección, son de los mismos colores que las prendas. ¿A poco no está increíble eso? (Quizá me emocioné de más). Me pareció refrescante e ideal para estos días de calor usar los colores más cálidos para un look femenino y coqueto, dejando la ropa blanco y negra guardada por un día. O quizá más.
